Last edited by Twilight ; Nov 26, 2017 @ 3:31pm. Choose whether you want to completely remove any kind of pollution (ground, water or noise) as well as dead people, garbage and/or crime. I have 8 incineration plants for 7,5K citizens. Making me feel like Just building a bunch of waste incineration plants would work better then this. : r/CitiesSkylines.
